Role Description The Project Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and documentation from concept through execution for projects based in Pune , Mumbai and other cities . This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating drawings and details, preparing and reviewing design presentations, and managing technical documentation and submittals. The Project Architect will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to address design issues, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and oversee design intent during const ruction. Daily responsibilities include, supporting sustainable design goals, handling project timelines,



and contributing to quality control for all project deliverables. Qualifications
• Solid architectural design and technical skills, with proven experience in Architecture
• Ability to manage project processes and documentation, including Submittals and Project Management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices, with exposure to or certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite or equivalent).
• Understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulatory approval processes in India.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Pune City.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; skilled licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
• Experience handling projects from concept to completion, including consultant coordination and construction stage support.
• use of Ai in presentation and Constructiin documentation will be considered add on
