NeevIQ supports projects from pre-construction through fabrication and operations, including estimating, quantity takeoff, clash resolution, shop drawings, spools, and as-built documentation. Automation and AI are embedded into workflows in tools such as Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Procore, Revizto, Solibri, eVolve, and MSUITE to improve speed and quality, while ensuring every package is engineer-reviewed before delivery. The company serves high-performance sectors such as data centers, semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, life sciences labs, hospitals, higher education, and central utility plants. Role Description The BIM Engineer – Electrical/MEP is responsible for creating and managing detailed electrical and MEP models in Revit and related BIM tools, aligned with client standards and project BIM Execution Plans. Day-to-day tasks include modeling electrical and MEP systems, coordinating with other disciplines to resolve clashes, preparing shop drawings, spools, and installation details,



and supporting quantity takeoffs and constructability reviews. The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other BIM professionals to ensure accurate, timely delivery of coordinated packages and as-built documentation. The BIM Engineer also helps implement automation and workflow improvements, while maintaining data integrity and compliance with LOD and naming conventions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. Qualifications
• Must have experience of the production of a detailed Electrical set of drawings following US standards.
• Experience in conduit modeling and coordination, Lighting Fixtures, Device and Equipment placement as per DD.
• Good understanding of Design drawings.
• Experience in Electrical family creation, Point cloud.
• Designs conceptual drawings, presentation drawings, and working drawings, related to the project.
• Ability to set up recent project files in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 Docs, and knowledge of Dynamo programming for the team documentation.
• Prepares BIM modeling and detailing per project requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of space planning and any additional software's would be an advantage.
• Candidate must have good communication skills.
• Candidates should be available to work from office.
