Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Merchandiser role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. The Fashion Merchandiser will plan and present hair and fashion concepts that align with the brand’s creative vision, including coordinating product displays, in-salon visual merchandising, and styling themes for campaigns and events. The role includes analyzing customer preferences and market trends, working closely with stylists to develop look-books, seasonal collections, and promotional materials, and ensuring that the salon’s retail and visual environment support sales and client experience goals. The Fashion Merchandiser will collaborate with management to select products, accessories, and visual elements,



maintain inventory presentation standards, and assist in brand-building activities such as photoshoots and social media content. Daily responsibilities involve hands-on styling support, merchandising updates on the salon floor, and continuous refinement of the brand’s fashion-forward image. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in fashion merchandising, visual merchandising, and styling to create cohesive looks and engaging in-salon displays.
• Candidates should possess skills in trend research, market analysis, and customer insight gathering to align fashion concepts with client preferences.
• Candidates should possess skills in brand presentation, look-book development, and creative concept planning for campaigns and events.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic inventory coordination, retail product presentation, and collaboration with salon teams.
• Diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in fashion, beauty, or salon environments, especially in visual or retail merchandising, is an advantage.
• Robust communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
