Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Site Supervision role based in Ahmedabad. The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project locations, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and designers, and ensuring that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role includes monitoring progress against schedules, managing site materials and resources, and identifying and resolving on-site issues in a timely manner. The Interior Site Supervisor will maintain site documentation, report status updates to management, and ensure that safety and compliance guidelines are followed throughout the project. Qualifications




• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes, with the ability to interpret drawings and design specifications.
• Experience in site supervision, vendor and contractor coordination, and day-to-day project execution for residential or commercial interiors.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, monitor timelines, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills to work with clients, designers, and site teams, and to provide clear instructions and updates.
• Basic understanding of site safety practices and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work workplace.
• Proficiency in using mobile and desktop tools for reporting, documentation, and photo records; familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
• Relevant education in interior design, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; diploma or degree preferred.
• Prior experience in interior project execution in Ahmedabad or similar urban markets is an advantage.
