Role Description The IT Specialist role at Fabricasto is a full-time, on-site position based in Nainital. The IT Specialist will manage day-to-day IT operations, including maintaining computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure reliable performance across the organization. Responsibilities include monitoring and securing networks, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and implementing updates, backups, and system improvements. The role involves providing technical support to internal users,



documenting incidents and solutions, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and contributing to IT best practices and process optimization. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge and hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and systems.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN/WAN environments.
• Candidates should possess Network Security skills to implement and manage firewalls, access controls, and security policies.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
