Role Description This is a full-time, in office Channel Sales Sourcing Specialist role based in Bengaluru South. The specialist will identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive sales of Bricks & Milestones’ residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and supporting them with product information, pricing, and marketing materials. The role involves coordinating partner-led customer visits, tracking lead generation and conversions,



and providing regular sales reports and market feedback to internal stakeholders. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve partner performance and ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications
• Channel sales expertise with experience in managing and growing channel partners.
• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Effective communication skills for working with partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and build trust.
• Previous experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and travel locally for partner and client meetings.
• Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and data tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
