Manager / Senior Manager – Taxation Company: ADAMA India Private Limited Lead Tax Strategy. Strengthen Compliance. Drive Financial Governance. ADAMA India is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead its taxation and regulatory compliance function. This role offers the opportunity to drive tax governance across complex business operations, manage regulatory engagements, and strengthen tax processes through strategic oversight and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
• Lead GST Compliance: Oversee GST returns, annual filings, ITC-04, RCM liabilities and robust reconciliations across ERP records and government portals.
• Manage Tax Assessments & Litigation: Lead responses to GST notices, assessments and show cause notices, develop audit defence strategies, and represent the organisation before tax authorities.
• Drive Direct & Indirect Taxation: Oversee corporate tax computations, advance tax, income tax returns, transfer pricing, Customs compliance and TDS/TCS requirements.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in tax laws, assess business implications, and ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Customs and FEMA regulations.
• Manage Audits & Stakeholders: Lead statutory, internal, tax and GST audits while partnering with external advisors,



consultants and internal teams.
• Strengthen Governance & Processes: Drive process improvements, automation and internal controls to enhance tax compliance and reporting efficiency. What We're Looking For
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong expertise in Indian taxation, particularly GST, Customs, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and FEMA.
• Experience managing tax compliance across multi-entity and global corporate structures.
• Hands-on exposure to tax assessments, audits, regulatory proceedings and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with robust analytical and presentation abilities.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP S/4HANA ERP systems will be an added advantage. Why Join ADAMA?
