Role Description The Fundraising and Resource Mobilization Professional will lead efforts to secure financial and in-kind support to fuel Revival’s growth and social impact. This on-site role, based in Patna, involves identifying and engaging potential donors, partners, and investors; preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches; and managing ongoing relationships with funders. Day-to-day tasks include researching funding opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, coordinating meetings and events, and tracking commitments and outcomes. The professional will collaborate with leadership to design fundraising strategies, develop compelling narratives about Revival’s mission,



and prepare reports and updates for stakeholders. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or business development, preferably in startups, social enterprises, or service-based organizations.
• Strong skills in proposal writing, presentation development, and storytelling to communicate impact and value to donors and partners.
• Ability to research and analyze funding opportunities, including grants, CSR initiatives, investor networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Comfort working on-site in Patna, with the ability to collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams.
• Solid organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining prospect databases, tracking metrics, and preparing reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field; relevant certifications in fundraising or nonprofit management are an advantage.
• Interest in sustainability, circular economy, fashion, or consumer services and willingness to learn about footwear and leather care.
