About Saath Saath (saath.studio) is a Zobyt product that helps Indian couples design their wedding online. We are a small team, growing fast, and we want someone who loves talking to people.

About the Role
You will work directly with our customers on calls, WhatsApp and social media. You will understand what they need, answer their questions and guide them to the right purchase. You will also bring what customers tell you back to the team, so the product keeps getting better. What We're Looking For
• Fluent spoken and written Hindi and English. Hinglish on WhatsApp comes naturally to you.
• You enjoy conversations with current people, and stay polite and patient when someone says no.
• You listen well and can explain clearly what a customer actually meant.
• You are organised with follow-ups and comfortable working towards targets.
• Bonus: you have sold something before (college fest, a small business, retail), or you know Indian weddings well. What You Get
