Job Description
Builds and tunes Discovery patterns, Service Mapping scripts, Event Management rules and MID Server integrations. Generalist ServiceNow developers can build forms and flows but typically cannot safely extend Discovery patterns or Service Mapping without infrastructure-level scripting depth.

Key Responsibilities
• Author and maintain Discovery patterns, probes and sensors
• Write and maintain Service Mapping scripts
• Build Event Management correlation rules
• Configure and troubleshoot MID Server integrations
• Work directly with infrastructure/network teams to validate discovery accuracy
• Document patterns clearly enough to support ongoing GCC ownership without an Accenture bridge Must Have Skills & Experience
• CIS-Discovery or CIS-Event Management level scripting ability
• Understanding of network and infrastructure discovery protocols
• Comfortable working with MID Servers and credential-based discovery
• Experience diagnosing CMDB data-quality issues at the scripting level Good To Have Skills
• Direct experience remediating known CMDB data-quality problems
