Gurugram, Haryana, India Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first month, followed by work from home Contract Duration: 12 Months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Palo Alto Firewall Engineer to design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot next-generation firewall solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewall technologies, including Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager (SCM), and Palo Alto cloud firewall solutions across AWS and Azure. This role requires strong expertise in network security architecture, network segmentation, capacity planning, scalability, and security governance, along with a solid understanding of DORA regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise firewall and network security solutions.
• Manage Palo Alto Networks Firewall infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Resolve high-severity incidents and provide advanced technical support.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure compliance with operational KPIs, OLAs, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to promote a unified One Team delivery approach.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, security policies, and operational governance.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to maintain service quality and operational excellence.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps, strategic planning, capacity management, and scalability assessments.
• Ensure solutions are transitioned into supportable services through established Ready for Service frameworks.




• Mentor and cross-train engineering team members.
• Support ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Required Technical Skills Primary Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise network security infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong understanding of network security architecture and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience in vendor management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
