Role Description The Business Development Manager (Part-time, Remote) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. Day-to-day tasks include researching and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with buyers and retail partners, and preparing pitches and proposals aligned with Jalebi & Co.’s brand positioning. The role involves collaborating with internal teams on pricing, assortment planning, and market expansion strategies, as well as monitoring sales performance and reporting on pipeline activity.



The Business Development Manager will also support contract negotiations, participation in virtual trade events, and development of strategic partnerships that strengthen the brand’s presence across channels. Qualifications
• Business development, sales, and account management skills focused on fashion or consumer brands.
• Market research and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities, competition, and customer trends.
• Relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with buyers and partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Understanding of fashion retail, merchandising, and brand positioning in domestic and international markets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup, manage priorities, and meet growth targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
