Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for US IT Recruiters (2–3+ years and 5+ years experience levels). The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, including sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Responsibilities include screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, assessing technical and cultural fit, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The recruiter will handle negotiation of compensation, extend offers,



and support onboarding processes while maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems. The role also includes building strong talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and staying current with US staffing practices, visa types, and market trends.
