4–5 End-to-End Implementations and Rollouts Shift : 4:00 PM IST -1:00 AM IST Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and a proven track record of managing multiple end-to-end implementations and multi-country rollouts. The ideal candidate should have successfully managed approximately 4–5 SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects, with excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects, with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC).
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Drive multi-country implementations and rollouts, ensuring alignment with global HR processes and local country requirements.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, business users, and implementation partners.
• Manage client relationships, senior stakeholders, steering committee meetings, and project governance.
• Oversee requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.




• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
• Drive project delivery in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. Mandatory Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Proven experience managing approximately 4–5 SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts (Prefer US/Canada and Middle East & Europe)
• Must have hands-on project management experience in multi-country implementations and rollouts.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central processes, configuration, integrations, and implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience handling senior business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery management capabilities. Key Selection Criteria
• Robust SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience.
• Approximately 4–5 end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
• Multi-country implementation and rollout experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery ownership. Note: Candidates with only SuccessFactors module configuration experience and no end-to-end project management or delivery ownership will not be suitable.
