We are looking for a dependable and proactive Business Operations Assistant to work closely with our founder and team in managing everyday business activities and ensuring smooth office operations. What You'll Be Responsible For 1. Business Operations
• Assist in managing day-to-day business activities.
• Coordinate internal tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Help organise meetings, schedules and office activities.
• Support the founder and team with operational requirements. 2. Office Administration
• Maintain office organisation and cleanliness.
• Manage office supplies, inventory and basic purchases.
• Handle courier, documentation and record management.
• Ensure the office is always presentable and functional. 3. Team & Client Coordination




• Assist with welcoming and attending to visitors.
• Coordinate basic communication and follow-ups.
• Help arrange meetings and refreshments.
• Support team members with routine operational tasks. 4. General Support
• Handle local errands and essential office work.
• Assist with printing, scanning and documentation.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Who We're Looking For
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organised, attentive and willing to learn.
• Comfortable taking instructions and working independently.
• Basic smartphone knowledge.
• Previous office or operations experience is a plus, not mandatory. What You Get
