Role Description The Car Park Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of assigned parking facilities. The role involves supervising on-ground staff, organizing shifts, monitoring daily occupancy, and ensuring that entry, exit, and payment processes run efficiently. The Car Park Manager will handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain high service standards, and coordinate with clients, building management, and internal teams. Daily responsibilities also include overseeing safety and security procedures,



managing basic budgeting and cost control for the site, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills to manage teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee parking revenues, expenses, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess the ability to manage recreation or public-use spaces, ensuring orderly use of facilities and a positive visitor experience.
• Experience in facility management, hospitality, retail operations, or transport services is beneficial.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, practical decisions in high-traffic situations.
• Basic computer literacy for handling reporting tools, email communication, and parking management systems.
• A diploma or degree in business, hospitality, facility management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a supervisory on-site role.
