With a presence in 7 cities, the brand aims to provide memorable, friction-free experiences that match every mood and purpose. Role Description The Design Intern will support the creative team in developing visual assets for Saltstayz across digital and print touchpoints, including social media graphics, property collaterals, and basic brand materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with layout design, refining existing marketing creatives, preparing design files for production, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.



The intern will also help with brainstorming design concepts that reflect Saltstayz’s energetic, modern identity and adapt visuals for different properties and campaigns. This is an internship role, based on-site at the Saltstayz office in Gurugram. Qualifications
• Foundational skills in graphic design, including layout, typography, and color usage.
• Ability to work with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software).
• Basic understanding of digital content creation for social media and web.
• Robust attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and adapt to feedback.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio or sample work showcasing design projects or creative exploration is highly preferred.
