The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years’ experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business requirements into system solutions, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful implementation through testing and validation. The role involves partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, Business Unit leaders, and Technology teams to drive process improvements, system enhancements, reporting, and operational excellence across the Referral Revenue Share platform. Responsibilities
• Manage and support the end-to-end Referral Revenue Share process across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Business Unit leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and operational requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into explicit and actionable requirements for development teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with technology partners and developers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of enhancements.
• Facilitate requirement review sessions, solution discussions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.




• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Create, maintain, and analyze operational and management reports to support decision-making.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy of revenue share calculations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and audit-related activities as required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change management activities across the organization.
• Provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis. priorities.
