Role Description The Advisory Board Member – Business Growth & Strategy is a full-time remote role focused on guiding Zenlynx Technology’s strategic direction and market expansion. This role involves advising the leadership team on growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and partnerships within sustainability, ESG, and climate-tech markets. The Advisory Board Member will review performance metrics, product roadmap, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth and strategic differentiation.



They will participate in regular strategy meetings, provide insights on investor relations and fundraising approaches, and help shape positioning in global enterprise and energy-intelligence segments. The role also includes mentoring senior leaders, contributing to thought leadership initiatives, and supporting long-term value creation through sustainable business practices. Qualifications
• Experience in business growth, corporate strategy, and market expansion, ideally within SaaS, AI, or sustainability/ESG domains.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with the ability to open strategic doors and build executive-level relationships.
• Robust understanding of ESG reporting, sustainability management, climate risk, and energy or carbon intelligence in an enterprise context.
• Background in data-driven decision-making, analytics, or digital transformation, with familiarity in AI-powered or cloud-based platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to advise founders and executive teams, including experience with board or advisory roles in growth-stage companies.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
• Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, sustainability, finance, or technology-related field) is preferred but not required.
• Global perspective on sustainability trends, regulatory landscapes, and climate-tech innovation, with an interest in long-term impact and responsible growth.
