- IT & Digital Services to strengthen the skills and capabilities of our internal team.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct training sessions on tools, processes, and best practices across web, software, and digital marketing
• Onboard new employees and help them become productive quickly
• Identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address them
• Create training materials including presentations, guides, SOPs, and practical exercises
• Evaluate team progress through assessments, reviews, and hands-on tasks, and provide constructive feedback
• Keep training content updated with recent tools and industry practices




• Collaborate with team leads and management to align training initiatives with business goals Required Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT services, digital marketing, or a related field, with hands-on training or mentoring experience
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, and common online tools
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, CRM tools, or social media platforms is an added advantage
• Ability to join immediately or at short notice
