You will be working with visitor registration, check-in/check-out, approvals, authentication, document and image capture, and printing workflows. The role requires someone comfortable working with an existing production application, investigating issues, and delivering improvements without breaking established behaviour or backend integrations. EXPERIENCE:
React Native Mobile App Development: 2-3 years of experience required INDUSTRY: IT Services / Technology ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain mobile features across Android and iOS.
• Build accessible, responsive interfaces supporting phones, tablets, portrait, and landscape.
• Integrate REST APIs, preserving request/response contracts, validation rules, and existing business workflows.
• Maintain authentication, session handling, tenant-specific API configuration, navigation, and local storage.
• Work with camera access, image and document selection, QR codes, signatures, file handling, and printing.




• Diagnose JavaScript and native issues, including crashes, performance problems, permissions, keyboard behaviour, and platform differences.
• Write automated tests and validate changes using emulators, simulators, and physical devices where required.
• Manage Expo development clients, prebuild configuration, local native builds, EAS builds, and release testing.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and product stakeholders; document changes and participate in code reviews. SKILLSET REQUIREMENT
• Practical experience developing and shipping React Native applications for both Android and iOS.
• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills, including asynchronous programming, type safety, and error handling.
• Experience with Expo, development builds, native dependencies, and the distinction between JavaScript changes and changes requiring a new native binary.
• Strong understanding of React hooks, functional components, reusable components, Context, and state management.
• Experience with Expo Router or React Navigation, including authentication flows and deep linking.
• Experience integrating REST APIs using Axios or similar libraries, handling authentication failures, network errors, loading states, and validation.
• Understanding of mobile permissions, application lifecycle, local persistence such as AsyncStorage,



and secure handling of sensitive data.
• Experience with Jest and React Native Testing Library.
• Ability to debug with Metro, React Native developer tools, Android Studio, and Xcode.
• Working knowledge of Git, npm, ESLint, and TypeScript checks.
• Ability to understand an unfamiliar codebase, reproduce defects, and make focused, maintainable changes.
• Solid skills from both server and client perspectives
• Sound in Windows applications, services, and console applications
• Experience in deploying .
NET web applications, IIS servers, SQL Server, Active Directory, and domain knowledge will be a plus
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. PREFERRED SKILLSET
• Experience with EAS Build, TestFlight, Google Play Console, and App Store Connect.
• Familiarity with Expo config plugins, custom native modules, Kotlin/Java, or Swift/Objective-C.
• Experience with React Native Reanimated, Gesture Handler, and performance profiling.
• Familiarity with Maestro or other mobile end-to-end testing tools.
• Experience with enterprise applications, visitor/access management, approval workflows, or multi-tenant systems.
