? WE'RE HIRING | Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive – Behavioral Health Amtrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive with a specialization in Behavioral Health to join our team ? MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Candidates must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Healthcare AR specifically in Behavioral Health. No exceptions. Candidates with general Healthcare AR experience but no Behavioral Health experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle AR follow-ups for outstanding and unpaid healthcare claims.
• Investigate claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Contact insurance payers through calls and online portals.
• Review EOBs, ERAs, and claim status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections, resubmissions, and appeals.
• Maintain accurate account notes and follow-up records.
• Monitor AR aging and meet assigned productivity and quality targets.



Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in Healthcare AR – Behavioral Health is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AR aging, insurance follow-ups, and denial management.
• Understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and the healthcare claim lifecycle.
• Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with US healthcare insurance and payer portals.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and HIPAA is preferred. ?
