We are looking for an organised and responsible individual to manage incoming customer leads and coordinate lead distribution among our travel consultants.

Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Management Executive to manage incoming leads received through WhatsApp and ensure they are assigned to the appropriate travel consultants in a timely and organised manner. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor incoming customer leads received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Email etc...
• Assign leads to the appropriate travel consultants based on the team's allocation process.
• Maintain and update daily lead records in Google Sheets.
• Ensure every lead is properly recorded with the customer's details, assigned consultant, lead source, and allocation status.




• Track lead assignments and follow up with team members to ensure no leads are missed.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or unassigned leads and resolve them promptly.
• Prepare daily lead allocation reports and share updates with the management team.
• Coordinate with the sales team to maintain an organized lead management process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information. Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Good organisational and data-entry skills.
• Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
