Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive will manage and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements based on key metrics. The role involves close collaboration with design, content, and development teams to align campaign messaging with overall marketing objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



requiring a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, including managing paid search, social media ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and use tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly about campaign plans, results, and insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and digital trends.
