1-3 Years Department: Talent Acquisition Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated BPO Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring for domestic and/or international BPO processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial screenings, and achieving hiring targets within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO hiring requirements across voice, non-voice, chat, customer service, technical support, and back-office roles.
• Manage bulk hiring mandates and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and job fairs.
• Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule and manage walk-in drives and mass hiring events.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure excellent candidate engagement and experience throughout the recruitment cycle.




• Track and report recruitment metrics including sourcing, interviews, offers, and joinings.
• Work closely with operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Required Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on bulk hiring.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in domestic and/or international BPO hiring.
• Hands-on experience in conducting walk-in drives and volume hiring campaigns.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
