Chief of Staff NewBridge Fintech Reporting to the Founder and CEO Role overview NewBridge Fintech is looking for a driven, highly organised Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder and CEO. This is a hands-on role combining executive assistance, strategic support, and coordination across sales, marketing, client success, finance, administration, and product and engineering delivery. You will help turn the CEO’s priorities into clear plans, keep teams aligned, follow through on commitments, and provide accurate management information. The role suits someone with strong fintech startup experience who is comfortable moving between strategic analysis and detailed day-to-day execution.

Key responsibilities
Founder and CEO support
· Manage the CEO’s priorities and follow-ups; coordinate internal and external meetings.
· Prepare briefing notes, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes; track decisions, owners, and deadlines through to completion.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and keep the CEO informed of urgent issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring attention. Strategy and business planning
· Support business plans, market and competitor research, financial analysis, and evaluation of growth opportunities and partnerships.
· Translate strategic priorities into practical action plans with milestones, owners, and measures of progress.
· Prepare management presentations and business updates, highlighting decisions, risks, and recommended actions. Sales marketing and client success support
· Support prospect research, CRM updates, pipeline reporting, sales meeting preparation, proposals, and timely follow-up on opportunities.
· Coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, content schedules, events, and sales materials with internal teams and external partners.
· Support client onboarding, account reviews, and client communications; track commitments, feedback, issues, and escalations with accountable teams.

· Maintain visibility of client actions and service concerns, ensuring follow-through and flagging risks to client satisfaction or retention. Finance and administration support
· Coordinate invoicing, receivables follow-up, expense tracking, payment schedules, and routine financial reporting with finance and accounting partners.
· Support budgets, cash flow tracking, and budget-versus-actual reviews; highlight discrepancies and items requiring CEO approval.
· Keep administrative records organised and coordinate vendors, contracts, documentation, and routine office requirements. Project coordination and delivery reporting
· Plan and track ongoing projects with team leads, maintaining priorities, milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and action logs.
· Coordinate regular delivery reviews with Product and Engineering; track planned versus completed commitments, release milestones, delays, and blockers.
· Produce a concise weekly management information system (MIS) report covering engineering and product delivery, project status, key risks, and decisions needed.
· Work with team leads to agree consistent reporting definitions and validate source data; explain changes in delivery forecasts and the impact on client commitments.
· Bring overdue actions and cross-team dependencies to the right owners, obtain recovery plans, and escalate material delivery risks to the CEO. Required qualifications and experience
· MBA from a top-tier business school is mandatory.
· Strong experience working in a fintech startup,

with direct exposure to founders or senior leadership and the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage business.
· Experience in a Chief of Staff, Founder’s Office, business operations, strategy, or executive support role, with evidence of hands-on execution.
· Ability and willingness to provide detailed executive assistance alongside strategic and operational support.
· Strong project planning, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills, including working with product and engineering teams.
· Sound financial and commercial understanding, including budgets, cash flow, invoicing, sales pipelines, and management reporting.
· Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation skills, and confidence interacting with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
· Strong Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides skills; comfort with CRM, project management, and collaboration tools.
· High integrity, discretion, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision. Preferred experience
· Exposure to B2B fintech, banking technology, enterprise SaaS, or financial services clients.
· Familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA or similar tools, release planning, and product and engineering dashboards.
· Experience supporting fundraising materials, investor updates, partnerships, or business expansion.
• Strong strategic planning, business analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into explicit recommendations. What success looks like
· Projects have clear owners and milestones, with delays and risks surfaced early and recovery actions tracked.
· Leadership receives timely, accurate MIS and clear visibility of product and engineering delivery.
· Sales, marketing, client success, finance, and administrative actions move forward consistently, with fewer missed commitments. •
