About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive Manager – Strategy & Operations to work directly with the CEO and help build KEA from the ground up. This is not a conventional programme management role. It is a broad, hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, coordinating across teams and ensuring things get done. One day you may be preparing briefing notes for a Governing Council meeting; the next you could be coordinating a corporate roundtable, supporting fundraising efforts, managing project timelines or developing new systems and processes. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership without waiting for instructions, and wants to build something meaningful, this role is for you. ⸻ What You’ll Do

* Coordinate high-level events, working groups and roundtables.
* Build internal systems, processes and operating rhythms for a growing organisation.
* Track deliverables, budgets and milestones across programmes.
* Support fundraising, communications and strategic initiatives as required.
* Take ownership of new challenges—even when they don’t neatly fit into a
