Responsibilities:
* Convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls.
* Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
* Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process. Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
