Role Description This is a full-time, in office US Recruiter – RPO role based in Ahmedabad. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems. The recruiter will collaborate closely with client hiring managers to understand role requirements,



market conditions, and timelines, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position also requires meeting recruitment targets, preparing regular reports, and aligning all activities with client-specific RPO processes and service-level expectations. Qualifications
• Experience in US recruitment and RPO environments, including end-to-end hiring, candidate management, and working with multiple client stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using job portals (e.g., Indeed, Monster, Dice), LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid understanding of US job market, time zones, hiring practices, and basic employment terminology (e.g., W2, C2C, contract, full-time).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in HR, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or BPO/KPO environments supporting international clients is an advantage.
