Role Description The BD Growth and Content Intern will support business development and growth initiatives while contributing to content creation across multiple channels. In this full-time remote role, the intern will assist with lead generation, outreach, and pipeline tracking, and conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities. The intern will help prepare presentations, pitch materials, and reports for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine content for social media, blogs, campaigns,



and community engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities also include engaging with prospective learners and partners, collecting feedback, and supporting customer communication to strengthen relationships and brand presence. Qualifications
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and research insights to support growth strategies.
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for outreach, content, and collaboration.
• Lead generation and basic business development skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective learners and partners.
• Market research skills to study trends, audiences, competitors, and opportunities in the edtech and AI learning space.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain a positive learner and partner experience.
• Interest in AI, tech, or edtech, with the motivation to learn and grow in business development and content roles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with basic productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets) and social media or content platforms.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
