Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging online sessions for working professionals and younger children across the Indian region. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning structured phonics lessons, developing age-appropriate speaking exercises, and creating interactive activities that build pronunciation, clarity, and confidence. The role involves assessing learner needs, providing constructive feedback, tracking progress, and adapting content for different age groups and proficiency levels. The Expert will collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum, contribute to digital learning materials,



and maintain high standards of learner engagement and satisfaction. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability for online classes, parent or learner communication, and team meetings. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in phonics instruction, spoken English, and voice modulation, with the ability to teach both children and adults.
• Demonstrated skills in public speaking, presentation delivery, and communication coaching for diverse age groups.
• Experience designing lesson plans, educational content, and interactive activities for online learning environments.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and learning management systems effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
• Formal training or certification in education, English, communication, drama, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching younger kids and/or working professionals in the Indian region, especially in e-learning or hybrid formats.
• Solid learner-centric mindset, patience, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
• Reliable internet connectivity, capacity to work full time in a remote setup, and readiness to work flexible hours when needed.
