We are The Future Animations. 330 artists, all remote, animating one of the fastest-growing story universes on YouTube. We make 2D animated shorts in the style of the Blobby Clips channel: https://www.youtube.com/@BlobbyClips Watch a few. That is the kind of work we are hiring for. You take a script and animate the finished video. We will send you reference from our Drive so you can see what we are working to: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QbvhnUPnmTsMGiUjedLywI9CW9hXLGU3/view?usp=sharing If you build your own characters and environments, good. If you would rather only animate, we can provide both and you stay on the animation.

What you'll do
• Take a script and animate the finished short.
• Deliver on a schedule. This is a daily channel.
• Work with a lead who reviews your video and comes back the same day.
• Use our character and environment library where you need it. Software We use Toon Boom Harmony, Moho and Adobe Animate across our 2D work. Being strong in any of those is what we are looking for. Anything else you know on top of them is a plus. What we need from you

• You can animate a complete short on your own.
• You can work to a schedule and hold it.
• You can take a note from a lead and turn it around the same day. We do not care about your degree, your city, or how many years you have been doing this. Send us something you animated. What we give you
• Characters and environments if you want them, so you can stay on the animation.
• A lead who reviews your work and comes back the same day with a decision and a reason.
• A 300+ artist Discord where people actually answer. Payment & Perks: ₹40,000 to ₹80,000 depends on your work quality. We can make you a lead and we can assign you a lead role if you do really valuable animation. Your payment increment will be much faster that way. Movie tickets, Insurance and Performance bonus every single month.
