Experience:
3–5 years Purpose of the Role Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent and engaging communication across digital and traditional channels. The role will work closely with business, technical and functional stakeholders to translate complex information into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop engaging content for internal announcements, newsletters, leadership communications and employee campaigns.
• Support communication initiatives that strengthen employee awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with different functions to collect, edit and publish relevant company updates.
• Write and edit internal articles, presentations, newsletter, web content and other communication collateral.
• Translate technical and business information into simple, audience-friendly stories.
• Maintain high standards of English, accuracy, consistency and brand tone.
• Support B2B social media content, particularly LinkedIn.
• Manage editorial/content calendars and coordinate timely publication.
• Support website and landing-page content creation and updates.
• Manage, organize business events, conferences
• Create designs, artworks in Canva




• Support the development of marketing collateral, digital campaigns and customer-facing communication.
• Assist with press releases, media materials and external communication activities.
• Coordinate with agencies/designers/vendors where required.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, HR, technical teams and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Content Marketing or a related field.
• Strong skilled English writing, editing and proofreading capability.
• Experience creating both internal and external communications.
• Exposure to B2B or engineering/technology organizations would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with CMS, digital analytics, SEO and content optimization tools. Key Competencies
