4 to 5 years in tele sales CTC: INR 3,00,000 to 3,60,000 per annum, plus incentives Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM Start date: Immediate joining About Progmetics Education Progmetics Education runs live, interactive online academic tuition for students in Grades 3 to 12, with small batches of six and teachers who know every child by name. We are relaunching in the UAE market and building the sales team that will take us to our first 1,000 students. The Role You will speak with parents, understand what their child needs, and enrol them. This is a conversation-led sales role. You own the call from first contact to closed enrolment. What You Will Do Call and qualify inbound and outbound parent leads Present Progmetics clearly and handle objections with confidence Book trial classes and convert them into paid enrolments Follow up persistently and keep every lead updated in the CRM Hit weekly targets for calls,



trials booked and enrolments closed What You Bring 4 to 5 years of tele sales experience, with a record of closing Very good command of spoken and written English. This is non-negotiable. A clear, confident phone presence and the ability to build trust in minutes Discipline with CRM updates and follow-ups Immediate availability Positive to Have Experience selling to parents in India and the GCC Experience in EdTech, education or consultative sales
