Our AI-enabled platform, datasurfr, helps clients monitor threats, assess exposure and act on emerging risks.

About The Role
We are hiring a Monitoring Team Analyst to support a leading global technology company in Bengaluru. You will monitor and assess security, geopolitical and operational risks affecting the client's people, assets and operations, and you will guide a small team of analysts on shift.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor risk events in real time using datasurfr and open-source intelligence (OSINT) sources.
• Triage and verify alerts, assess their impact on the client's people and sites, and escalate as per the agreed protocols.
• Prepare and send timely alerts, advisories and incident reports to client stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate the shift team: allocate tasks, review output quality, mentor junior analysts and run shift handovers.




• Keep logs, trackers and reports up to date, and make sure monitoring coverage and turnaround times are met.
• Work closely with client security teams and MitKat's intelligence team. Mandatory Requirement
• 2–3 years of experience in intelligence, security monitoring, GSOC or risk analysis.
• Mandatory: experience leading, supervising or managing a team or shift of analysts.
• A degree in international relations, political science, security or strategic studies, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• A background in an intelligence-focused environment, such as a risk consultancy, threat intelligence team or corporate security operations centre.
• Robust OSINT, source verification and analytical writing skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and a calm approach under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts as per the roster. Good to have
• OSINT or intelligence-platform certification.
• Experience with risk intelligence platforms or AI-assisted research tools.
