Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain solid relationships with customers, providing guidance on health insurance products and helping them select plans suited to their needs. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, handling policy servicing requests, and supporting customers throughout the claim process to ensure a smooth experience. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to drive customer retention, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities,



and meet assigned business and service targets. The position also requires regular reporting, market feedback collection, and adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications
• Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
• Sales and business development capabilities, including cross-selling, up-selling, and achieving performance targets in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and supporting claim-related queries.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM or policy administration systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields preferred).
• Prior experience in health insurance, banking, or financial services relationship roles is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to work from the Lucknow branch and nearby market locations.
