About the role
AllSecureX builds a production post-quantum cryptographic engine, a cryptography-discovery / CBOM platform and quantum-secure hardware, aligned to the National Quantum Mission. As a PQC Research Trainee you will work at the frontier of quantum-safe security, turning standards and papers into real, tested code. PhD scholars, Master's students and those actively working in the domain are welcome (2 positions). Responsibilities Study and implement NIST PQC standards — ML-KEM (FIPS 203), ML-DSA (FIPS 204), SLH-DSA (FIPS 205) — and hybrid schemes. Prototype, test and benchmark cryptographic primitives and protocols. Contribute to our core crypto engine, cryptography-discovery tooling and migration research.
Read and translate NIST and regulator publications into implementation and test plans. Support security, conformance and tamper testing. What we're looking for Strong grounding in cryptography and/or quantum security — PhD, Master's, or active research in post-quantum, lattice-based, or applied cryptography. Comfort with at least one of C, C++, Rust, Python or Java. Rigour, curiosity and a genuine research mindset. Nice to have Publications, CTF or crypto-competition experience. Familiarity with OpenSSL, BouncyCastle, RustCrypto or PQC reference implementations. Basics of quantum computing and the quantum threat model.
