Role Description The Interior Designer at HAIR RAP BY YOYO will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically engaging salon spaces that reflect the brand’s creative spirit and client-focused experience. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes developing interior concepts, preparing layout plans, coordinating with architects and contractors, and selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with the brand identity. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with salon leadership to refine design requirements, manage project timelines,



and ensure that all spaces support productive workflows and an elevated client experience. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, reviewing construction drawings, sourcing materials, supervising on-site implementation, and maintaining design quality and consistency across current and future salon projects. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, client-centric and brand-aligned salon environments.
• Knowledge of Architecture and ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site implementation.
• Proficiency in FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment for high-traffic, premium salon spaces.
• Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and ability to balance creativity with practicality and budget constraints.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
