About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Creative Director to help lead our video team. This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram. You'll set the creative direction on client projects and work closely with our video editors, graphic designers, and operations team, from the first client conversation to final delivery.

What You'll Do
• Lead client meetings, understand briefs, and turn them into clear creative direction
• Develop creative ideas, concepts, and storyboards for client projects
• Brief and assign projects to editors in ClickUp with explicit explanations
• Review videos, give clear feedback, and make hands-on edits when needed




• Manage and mentor a team of video editors and keep quality consistent across projects
• Work with graphic designers and the operations team to keep projects on schedule What We're Looking For
• 4-6 years of experience in video editing, post-production, or creative direction
• Experience leading or mentoring video editors or a creative team
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Ability to create storyboards and turn ideas into clear visual plans
• Clear, confident communication with clients and teammates
• A portfolio or showreel of video work you've directed or edited
• Based in Gurugram or able to commute there for the hybrid schedule
• Experience with a project management tool such as ClickUp is a plus Salary ₹40,000
- ₹50,000 per month
