Good understanding of Angular architecture, Reactive Forms, Routing, Lazy Loading, State Management, and reusable component design. Leadership, Delivery & Agile Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers across frontend and backend technologies. Ability to break down requirements into technical tasks and support sprint planning and execution. Track team progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and help ensure timely delivery. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies. Strong experience using JIRA for sprint management, task tracking, and reporting. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Cloud & DevOps Good understanding of AWS services and how they are utilized within enterprise application architectures. Familiarity with services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and SQS. Ability to understand and troubleshoot application flows deployed on AWS. Exposure to CI/CD processes, deployment pipelines, and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and application monitoring tools will be an added advantage. Domain Experience Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
