- What You’ll Do
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule daily distribution across LogicLeap’s active social media accounts .
- Platform-Specific Optimization: Adapt and write customized copy/descriptions for each platform while publishing the same core creative or video asset.
- Algorithm & Posting Strategy: Schedule posts and reels at peak engagement hours according to platform algorithms to maximize organic reach.
- Hiring & Recruitment Support: Assist the team with candidate sourcing, screening incoming applications, scheduling interviews,



and coordinating onboarding.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Support internal coordination between mentors, creative contributors, and founders to ensure daily tasks move smoothly.
- Process Documentation: Help track operational metrics, maintain team trackers, and build simple SOPs for recurring tasks. --
- Who We’re Looking For
- Students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
- Robust organizational skills with comfort handling spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and multiple social platforms.
- Clear, engaging written communication in English with an understanding of platform tone .
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms, hashtag strategy, and scheduling workflows.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to wear multiple operational hats in a fast-moving startup environment. --
