Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design and develop operational and executive dashboards in Dynatrace.
• Create custom visualizations, metrics, and reports using Dynatrace Data Explorer and DQL.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to define monitoring and reporting requirements.
• Develop dashboards for performance monitoring, SLA/SLO tracking, and service health visibility.
• Optimize dashboard usability and ensure data accuracy and relevance. Responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM/Observability.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace Dashboards, Data Explorer, and DQL.
• Good understanding of application, infrastructure, and cloud monitoring.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into meaningful visual insights.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Qualifications
• Dynatrace certification.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Exposure/understanding of DevOps and ITSM ecosystems (BMC Helix will be a plus)
