Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Electrical Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems for laser, robotic welding, cutting, and industrial automation solutions, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power usage. Responsibilities include preparing electrical schematics and layouts, selecting components, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and troubleshooting electrical issues in collaboration with mechanical and automation teams.



The role also involves performing load calculations, coordinating power distribution for equipment and multi-station systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant electrical safety standards and regulations. The Electrical Engineer will work closely with project managers, service teams, and clients to support project execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of system performance. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with applied knowledge of electricity and electrical safety principles.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design, including schematics, panel layouts, and component selection for industrial systems.
• Experience working with Power Systems, including analysis of loads, fault levels, and equipment specification.
• Knowledge of Power Distribution in industrial environments, including cable sizing, protection devices, and grounding.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and codes (such as IEC/IS standards and CE/ISO-compliant practices).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, use electrical CAD tools, and prepare clear technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional engineering teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
