Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading the interior design of the salon’s spaces in Ahmedabad, ensuring that each area reflects the brand’s creative identity and delivers a welcoming, functional client experience. This full-time, on-site role includes developing design concepts, creating layouts, coordinating finishes, and overseeing implementation in collaboration with management, contractors, and vendors. Day-to-day tasks involve space planning, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and brand standards. The Senior Interior Designer will also conduct site visits,



manage design revisions, and support continuous improvements to the salon environment. In addition, the role includes mentoring junior team members and contributing ideas to enhance both aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, client-centric salon environments.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including coordination with contractors and understanding of building standards.
• Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination to support brand aesthetics and durability requirements.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic project documentation tools.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in interior design, preferably with hospitality, retail, or salon projects.
• Strong visual, conceptual, and detail-oriented design sense, with the ability to translate brand values into physical spaces.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
