Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Kathua. The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring that schedules are met, resources are used efficiently, and quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities
include assigning tasks, guiding and supporting production staff, monitoring equipment and workflow, and addressing operational issues in real time. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, tracking production metrics, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements.



The Production Supervisor is expected to foster a positive, respectful work environment and ensure clear communication across the team. Qualifications
• Supervisory skills and experience leading production teams, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Ability to manage production schedules and handle production planning to meet output, quality, and deadline requirements.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and cross-functional departments.
• Experience in production management, including workflow optimization, resource utilization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in packaging or manufacturing operations, particularly in a supervisory capacity, is an asset.
• Knowledge of basic production metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement practices (e.g., 5S, lean principles) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kathua and adapt to a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
