Guests can enjoy a curated game library supported by knowledgeable staff who help with game selection and rules, alongside a menu of snacks, meals, and specialty beverages that complement long play sessions. The café regularly hosts game nights, tournaments, and special events, and also offers private gaming rooms suited for celebrations and team-building. Team members are part of a dynamic environment focused on fun, hospitality, and community-building through shared play. Role Description The Experience Curator is responsible for shaping and delivering an engaging, seamless guest experience on-site at Board 4 Bored in Bengaluru. This full-time role includes welcoming guests, understanding their preferences, recommending suitable games, and explaining rules in a clear and friendly manner. The Experience Curator will coordinate table and room allocations, manage reservations for private gaming rooms and events, and support the planning and execution of tournaments, themed nights, and corporate gatherings.



Daily tasks involve collaborating with the café and kitchen teams to align food service with game sessions, monitoring the ambiance and cleanliness of the gaming areas, and ensuring that guests feel included and supported throughout their visit. The role also involves gathering feedback, suggesting improvements to offerings, and helping promote upcoming events and experiences. Qualifications
• Strong customer service, hospitality, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse guests and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment.
• Passion for board games, with the ability to quickly learn rules, teach games clearly, and recommend titles for different group sizes and skill levels.
• Event coordination and basic administrative skills to manage bookings, organize tournaments, and support corporate or private events.
• Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal communication, to handle inquiries, feedback, and group facilitation.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and to remain calm and organized during busy periods.
• Experience in cafés, restaurants, entertainment venues, or community spaces is an advantage.
• Basic digital literacy for using reservation systems, point-of-sale tools, or social media support is beneficial
