We are looking for a proactive, organized, and execution-focused Operations Executive to support our nationwide equipment rental operations. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of construction equipment across project sites.
• Monitor daily equipment deployment, operational status, utilization, and availability.
• Coordinate with equipment operators, site supervisors, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth site operations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment movement, deployment dates, rental commencement, and demobilization.
• Track daily equipment log sheets,

working hours
, fuel consumption, and operational reports.
• Follow up on pending log sheets, customer certifications, and required site documentation.
• Monitor equipment breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance and Service teams for timely resolution.
• Track equipment downtime and escalate prolonged breakdowns to minimize revenue loss.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for timely equipment transportation and movement.
• Monitor equipment approaching dehire and coordinate with Sales for redeployment opportunities.
• Ensure timely completion of dehire formalities, equipment handover, and site clearance.
• Coordinate with customers regarding operational requirements, equipment performance, documentation, and site-related concerns.




• Support timely billing by ensuring accurate submission of log sheets, working-hour records, and supporting documents.
• Maintain daily operational MIS covering equipment utilization, breakdowns, idle machines, log sheets, and dehire status.
• Update equipment deployment, operational activities, and relevant records in SAP ERP and other company systems.
• Coordinate with HR and Operator Care regarding operator availability, attendance, replacements, and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures, safety requirements, and reporting timelines.
• Escalate operational delays, customer complaints, equipment-related issues, and unresolved matters to the Operations Head.
• Support improvements in equipment utilization, operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
• Bachelor of Technology (B.
Tech) degree is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior work experience is not mandatory.
• Previous experience in Operations, Fleet Management, Construction Equipment, Equipment Rental, or Infrastructure Projects will be an added advantage.
• Basic technical understanding of machinery, equipment operations, and engineering concepts.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or other enterprise management systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, equipment operators, transporters, and internal departments.
• Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• High level of accountability, discipline, and ownership of assigned responsibilities. Location Requirement This is a full-time, on-site role based at AGGCON’s Faridabad office. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Faridabad or nearby areas with a manageable daily commute.
