Role Description This is a part time remote role for a Power BI and Advanced Excel Trainer (Malayalam Speaking). The trainer will design and deliver online training sessions in Malayalam on Power BI and Advanced Excel, including data visualization, report building, dashboard creation, and advanced spreadsheet functions. Responsibilities include preparing training materials and assignments, demonstrating practical data analytics workflows, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises. The trainer will monitor learner progress, provide feedback, clarify doubts via online platforms, and support participants in applying skills to real-world scenarios.



The role also involves updating course content to reflect new features and best practices in Power BI, Excel, and related data tools. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Data Warehousing and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling and structuring datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboards) and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA/macros) is required.
• Fluency in Malayalam for instruction, with good command of English for documentation and coordination.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in data or analytics-related subjects is preferred.
• Strong online teaching, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Commerce) or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
