Role Description The Technical Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that infrastructure projects are executed smoothly and in alignment with technical standards and company policies. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities
include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and vendor relationships, monitoring technical performance, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The role involves implementing and improving processes, tracking KPIs, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, and finance. The Technical Operation Manager will also support risk management,



compliance with safety and quality regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Qualifications
• Strong operational management skills, including experience in overseeing day-to-day technical operations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, with the ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure or construction-related processes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data and KPIs to monitor performance and drive process improvements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Comfort with digital tools and software for project management, documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or certification in project/operations management is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, maintaining productivity and collaboration across on-site and remote settings.
• Experience in managing budgets, costs, and timelines, with a focus on delivering projects efficiently and safely.
