Experience:
5–10 Years only Joining: Immediate Joiners only Work Mode: Remote (India) Job Overview: We are looking for a hardcore and performance-driven US IT Recruiter with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment fundamentals, spoken English communication skills, a solid understanding of IT technologies and US staffing practices, and the ability to deliver consistent submissions across W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements. Someone who can do a minimum of 5+ quality submissions on W2/C2C/FT daily, along with 5+ closures monthly. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented recruiter who can work independently, understand client requirements, identify suitable talent, and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract (W2/C2C) and Full-Time positions.
• Work on requirements from SI direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, VMS programs, implementation partners (IP), and state governments and federal agencies.
• Source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates based on technical requirements and client expectations.




• Maintain a consistent daily submission target of 5+ quality candidate submissions on W2/C2C and Full time roles.
• Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining submission quality and turnaround time.
• Understand

• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication skills, work authorization, location, availability, compensation, and interest.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the recruitment process through offer and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, submission trackers, and follow-up updates.
